Privacy
This page is about this website and its sign-up for Teams and Hosted. Switchboard itself runs on your computer and sends us nothing; section 4 of the Terms says how.
1. Who we are
Proto Lab AM SRL, Studentilor 9/11, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, registration number (IDNO) 1022600023233. We decide what happens with what the sign-up keeps. Email: hello@switchboard.amaze.md.
2. Reading this website
Reading this website keeps nothing about you: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, and nothing loaded from other companies. Its fonts and icons come from this website.
To stop abuse, the sign-up counts tries from each network address for an hour, in memory only. It keeps no record of them.
3. What the sign-up keeps
- your email address;
- what you ticked: Teams, Hosted or both;
- when you signed up, and when you confirmed.
Nothing else. We do not ask for your name.
4. What it is for
We send you one mail with a link to confirm. Once you confirm, we write to you when each plan you ticked opens. We use your address for nothing else, and we do not sell or share it.
We do this with your consent, which you give when you confirm. You can take it back at any time.
5. Where it is kept
On our own server, rented from Hetzner Online, which runs the machine for us. Our mails go out from that server; no mailing company handles your address.
6. How long
If you do not confirm within 7 days, we delete your sign-up. If you confirm, we keep it until you leave.
7. Leaving, and your rights
Every mail has a link to leave. Pressing it deletes your address at once.
You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete what we keep about you, by writing to hello@switchboard.amaze.md. If you think we have handled it wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live; in Moldova, that is the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
8. Changes
When this page changes, we update it and its date.
